Don't forget, you're going to lose an hour of sleep tonight. It's time to spring forward.

Make sure to push your clocks ahead before you go to bed tonight for Daylight Saving Time. The time change shifts an hour of light from the morning to the evening.

The official change occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday. Daylight Saving Time ends Nov. 1 when it will be time to fall back.
